Insurance

Our practice accepts the following insurances.  This list is subject to change at any time.  We encourage you to verify your insurance with our office staff when making your appointment.

Appointments

If your child is sick during the day, we are ready to help.  We begin taking phone calls at 8:30 a.m. A receptionist will answer your call and, in most cases, forward you to our nurses' voice mail. Please leave a brief message and a phone number where you will be available for the next hour. Our experienced nurses will call you as quickly as possible. If your call has not been returned within one hour, please call back.  Some illnesses require an office visit that day, some can be seen within the next few days, and some illnesses can be managed at home.   If you need to cancel a sick visit, we request that you call at least one hour prior to cancel the appointment.

While well child visits are typically scheduled several weeks in advance,  we do have appointments available on shorter notice. If your child is under age 2, we recommend that you make an appointment for your child's next well visit before you leave the office. We request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your well visit appointment.
